It started with a compassionate request to please send the equipment back at the time of their notice of termination. We provided every piece of the shipping needs (box, packing materials, tape, labels) and even a UPS pickup, but of course didn't have hands there to put the stuff in the box. ![]() Document it so it doesn't bite you from behind.We had to do this once with a particularly unprofessional person when they were let go. ![]() File a police report to state the equipment were stolen by the former employee.Before doing this, contact the ex-employee again and tell him/her that this is the last warning and if the device is not back within a certain number of days, you will be filing a police report.
